Collaborative Divorce Process Skills Training
PeaceChord's Collaborative Divorce Process Skills Training equips professionals with the skills to help families navigate separation and divorce through a structured, non-adversarial process grounded in transparency, respect, and constructive problem-solving.
Participants learn how to build and work effectively within interdisciplinary teams of legal, financial, and mental health professionals; structure the Collaborative Process from initial intake through resolution; and help clients engage meaningfully in negotiation, including when conflict, emotion, or complex family dynamics make progress difficult.
Lara Traum teaches Collaborative Divorce Law: Theory and Practice as an adjunct professor at Cardozo Law School and is an IACP-registered trainer.
A PeaceChord Certificate is available upon successful completion of the training.
