"I cannot speak highly enough of Lara Traum. Lara...[was] EXTREMELY knowledgable, warm, forthcoming, and inviting. [The training] struck an excellent balance between holding our hands as new mediators and letting us walk into the fire. The format of the program involving following a scripted family from start to finish gave a great sense of what it is like to walk families through their entire process.
