Conflict never

happens in a

vacuum.

Culture, language, religion, immigration experience, family structure, and community norms all shape how people communicate, make decisions, build their personal and professional lives, and experience conflict.

This training helps practitioners honor what can otherwise go unrecognized and meet difference with curiosity, skill, care, and active inclusion.

Skills training

Practice skills that meet people where they are, as they are.

Through practical instruction and experiential exercises, participants explore the cultural dynamics that influence communication, negotiation, decision-making, and expectations within various conflict resolution processes.

Build greater competence, clarity, and intentionality whether you are new to the field or bringing years of experience to your work.

Explore the skills
